As Founder of Age Well Solutions, she leads with compassion, integrity, and deep expertise, supporting clients in making choices that honour dignity, comfort, and independence.

Kim MacDonald is a certified Senior Housing and Transition Specialist who brings professionalism, commitment and personal understanding to every move.

It was Kim’s first-hand experience dealing with the complexities of her own Step-Father’s later life transition that drew her to the role of relocation specialist and gave rise to a sincere desire to help seniors and their families through what can be a complicated, overwhelming and emotional transition in an older person’s life. Warm, approachable, and on top of every detail, you are in very good hands with Kim.

Rosemary Leach

Rosemary Leach is a former nurse with clinical and care-coordination expertise who brings years of nursing experience to guide families with clarity and advocacy.

Rosemary joined the Age Well Solutions team in 2017.  A nurse by training, she has a broad range of experience that she brings to her role as Care Navigation and Advocacy Specialist. Rosemary’s background includes delivering direct nursing care to patients, overseeing health promotion and professional development training, and providing care navigation and referrals to appropriate health professionals based on needs. Rosemary brings compassion, understanding and a high degree of competency to her role and interaction with clients.
