  • we meet with you to better understand your housing needs and concerns
  • we establish your housing criteria and “wish list”, and confirm what your budget can support
  • we conduct a thorough search based on your criteria, timelines, and budget and present you with viable options
  • we will set up and accompany you on site visits*, asks questions along the way, and guide you in making your final selection
  • under your direction, we help select and prepare items to be moved with you, and oversee the disbursement or sale of others no longer needed
  • as needed, we can draw on our incredible network of reputable professionals to help handle the various pieces of your transition (ie. contractors, appraisers, realtors, lawyers, financial planners, etc);
  • coordinate the logistics of move day, and help you resettle once you’ve arrived
  • communicate and work with family members and other advocates, whether they live nearby or elsewhere
  • offer expert guidance and advice you can trust each step of the way so you know you are making the best decisions and choices possible
  • act with care and compassion throughout the entire process
